Be prepared, tomorrow snow has been forecast. We will assess the situation first thing in the morning, as we don't want people having problems getting to and from the meeting. I will put another message on in the morning. In the meantime lets hope that we can still go ahead.

8.00 am in Sheffield there is no snow and the forecast for Doncaster, according to Google weather forecast, there isn't going to be any snow. So see you all there usual time. Hope you haven't got problems where you live.
