You're probably right Bob; they were in such a hurry to release the DVD while the concert tour was still in progress, which was probably a good idea from a marketing point of view, that they forgot to include the track listing, either as an insert or printed on the back cover. But apart from that, the DVD is perfect, as was the concert!
