On Spotify, this RRR, is played by The Shadows,?? I never heard that The Shads
ever recorded that one, or is my memory out of tune here.......

It is from one of the cover version CDs by The Apaches or Shades of Gray

My wife has the CD ,"The Apaches play the hits of The Shadows". There are two non Shadows tunes one been Red River Rock,the other one is a Country and Western sounding tune called Blue Shadow,not to be confused with the Shadows own composition "Blue Shadows". The rest of the tracks are all Shadows covers ,some being extended in length.
