As I've said elsewhere, the entire ITV run of the Kenny Everett Show is to be released imminently on DVD. Hopefully the Shadows performance of LDL on this show will be included. I gather they also appeared on the Saturday morning Southern TV kids' show 'The Saturday Banana'.
For me, my first exposure to it was either:
a) 'Get It Together' which was a Children's version of Top of the Pops, for want of a better description, shown on ITV at about 4.30 in the afternoon.
b) A BBC radio documentary celebrating 20 years of Cliff Richard from about the same time.
Can't remember which, but one or t'other!
