Good news - we have stock of the new product and we’re ready to start the replacement program.
We ask that customers send us a photo with their ‘proof of purchase’.
This can be of the original receipt or a clear picture of the CD, opened, showing both front cover and the disc itself.
Please send this, and the preferred shipping address for the replacement, to the following email address:

From this we can send a new retail copy to them free of charge.
The replacement program will run for 3 months from today.
You have until 10th September to claim your replacement!
