Situation with new Shadows releases

All the 8 performances from the John Peel session 23/4/1974 have been issued on a Bootleg CD
issued on the Jonesey Label originating in Belgium as per sleeve note. (year of issue unknown)

There is material (lots of it) from later than 31st December 1962 on that release. That is, still in copyright. It is stated to be an official EMI Mexico product. But that's only if the brand-name "EMI" is till being used there (by Warner), but I'd doubt that. So possibly (and perhaps probably) a bootleg.
