Our capital has honoured Brian Bennett by giving him the 'Freedom of the City of London'.
Among other things, I believe that this now allows him to graze his sheep in Hyde Park or to drive them across London Bridge - which would be quite a feat bearing its current location in mind.
But seriously, to be given the 'Key to the City' is quite an honour, and Brian says as much on his facebook page. So congratulations, Brian.

It is gratifying to see Brian recognised in this way and richly deserved. Among the privileges he now enjoys, should the event ever arise, is to be hanged with a silken rope!
