It would seem that the support act is for just one of the five NZ concerts -- the outdoor one at the Bowl of Brooklands in New Plymouth. I'd guess that the evening starts earlier because of the nature of the venue.

In 1968 the John Rowles LP "That Lovin' Feeling" was released, produced by Norrie Paramor. The album included the two tracks 'Send Out Love' and 'Wheel Of Fortune' which were both arranged and conducted by Brian Bennett. Must be one of his very early works of this kind.
