I definitely seem to remember having seen it at the time and the presence of Brian's syndrums suggests to me that they also 'played' Equinoxe pt. 5 or Riders in the Sky. I'm sure this was from a UK television show, but can't remember which one. Anyway, it's just gone up on youtube.

I have seen this clip before. I think for the first time back in 1998. The same YouTube member has uploaded this very interesting and rare interview (which I hadn't seen before) of Hank in Belgium in the Spring of 1964:
