You think you've seen Shadows tribute acts... but not like this you haven't...

How right you are Jim! I saw Justin's show at Witney last night and was most impressed.

Despite a late start (due to Justin having had a bad day although he didn't elaborate) the sound from the off was terrific. The work that he has put in to presenting this show all by himself (with the credited help of his partner) is difficult to comprehend. He has built an impressive light show to specifically accompany each number and his amiable presentation found favour with an almost full house.

It's hard to single out particular numbers but his Cavatina was played with great feeling and more string bends than Hank himself I think! His performance of the challenging A Tall, A Tall Dark Stranger on acoustic was faultless.

It was nice to be reacquainted after the show but I didn't outstay my welcome as it seemed the whole audience had lined up to congratulate him!

Well done Justin, I hope to see you again next time you are in the Swindon area.
