There's a turn up for the books.
Normally the network would present the artist with some recognition of his feat. Whatever next? Tony Hatch presenting neighbours with a plaque for using his theme tune? Hmm, might be an idea; a thank you for all the royalties earned over the years. Could catch on.

I think Brian got an award some years earlier for this (cricket that is) composition as it was featured in the 'hit' single 'The 12th Man' - jointly awarded with the comedian who did the voice -over as I remember.....
