The purpose of this band and the standard it achieves are neither here nor there. There is really only one issue and that is the use of a band name that most of us, I think, would seek The Shadows' permission to use.

It is none of our business whether that was done or not. If it was, the story's over. If it wasn't, I am sure through this site that The Shadows are now aware of it and surely it is for them to decide whether they want to do something about it or not?
