photo help request

Excuse my ignorance, but could someone please explain to me (in very simple terms!) how to add images/photos to the body text of a board message? I have tried a couple of times with no luck. I notice that there are several scattered about here and there, so I'm hoping that the authors of these can enlighten this pathetic luddite as to how it's done.

I gather that there is a new invention coming out soon called 'the mobile phone'? Yeah, I'm sure. Sounds far too futuristic to me. It'll never happen and, even if it does, they'll never catch on...

Anyway, any help would be gratefully received. Ta.

When You Add a new topic or post a reply
underneath the main text
there are the (options) (upload attachment) (poll creation)

Click on Uplaod attachments
Then Browse Will appear click on browse
find the photo you want, then follow the instructions>
