All You Need is Love

Don't know if anyone saw the Sky Arts Programme 'All You Need is Love' yesterday.

It was about how Rock n'Roll started in England and showed some old newsreel clips of Bill Haley etc. What was really interesting was a clip of the Shads, without sound I might add and it looked as though it was from the square in Calais after the Rock Across the Channel gig. The crowd were right in close, as in the pics and David Bryce was stood behind Jet, level with Tony, in a white raincoat. The show was basically an interview with Jack Good but I certainly hadn't seen the Shads clip before. I would say from the angle of the guitars that they were playing FBI. Bruce was certainly playing a C Chord with his guitar raised.
