Not Thank Your Lucky Stars, which was made by ABC and broadcast at weekends. ATV made a lot of shows with C&S too. Maybe these are part of the material in certain video collections now?

Those 1965 ATV (midweek) shows were made at Elstree and there are plenty of of production stills floating around the web, as well as live recordings (eg, Little B, The Girl From Ipanema) available in fan circles.

A fair bit of footage (eg, the Fandango mimed performance dressed in suits of lights) is on Youtube.
