The Shadows live at the London Palladium

25 years ago today, my very first Shadows live concert at the London Palladium.
It was the last concert of the 1987 tour. A real highlight if I could spend with my wife and my 17 year old son, from the seventh row and that I could even make a few photos with my camera in 3D stereo slides.
As it was a coincidence that I have scanned in at the present day these images to create a photo album.
Some, unfortunately not so perfect pictures are shown in the attachment.
With the appropriate viewer, they are not really comparable.
I have never yet read anything about the format of these images, maybe someone knows more on this community.

Wow thanks! My wife and I were at this gig too, along with a bunch of hitherto closet Shads fans in my office. They were so good....

Thank you for those pictures, Heinz!
Around this same time, The Shadows also performed their latest single "Pulaski" (a short while later on the "Simply...Shadows" album) and "Apache/F.B.I." at the London Palladium. This performance was shown on British TV and also featured Jimmy Tarbuck as a host. Clips feature on YouTube. Does anybody know when exactly that particular performance was recorded?

This also must have been one of the last, if not the last live performance of The Shadows with Alan Jones on bass guitar. In April 1988 he had that terrible car accident. Alan did record the "Steppin' To The Shadows" album with The Shadows, in early 1989, after which Mark Griffiths took over the bass for the Spring tour and subsequent recording and tours.

Maybe from the same concert are the picture I received yesterday from a friend in Switzerland (superb picture with Alan, Bruce and Hank)
