This is indeed fantastic news! When the 10" album was released nearly two years ago, I ordered it directly and I thought the presentation and sound quality were stunning! The tracks sounded like they were recorded yesterday!

That is fantastic news. I'm already looking forward to volume 2. I sincerely hope that everything available will be released. The Shads with and without Cliff were such a brilliant band from 1959 to 1962 and the few live performances i've heard suggest they were even better live/in session - the "moment" giving them an edge that often got lost in the studio recordings.
I hope someone can find a way to (legally) release items such as the full Paris concert and Swedish show from Jet's period in the band.
