Not sure how to do that automatically system wide but individual members can set whatever time they like by going to their user control panel, selecting preferences and changing the time zone. You'll find you're currently on GMT with BST in operation by defautl (except those who've joined today). Simply change BST to "No" and the time will be correct for you.

Hi Bob,
It's in Admin - Board settings, and there's an option for BST, which I presume
automatically changes the time.

All it does is change the default time for new members. I set that on Sunday.
