Here is the link:

This is one of my all time most desired guitars, maybe only topped by Hank's beloved number one Strat and 34346 itself. If someone out there can lend me the cash I'll pay you back over the next ten years!

Drool!

Hi,

I think I'll just take my 10 percent commission for this vendor's reference to my work for the specification for this instrument.

Sheer b___y cheek of the guy !!!!!!!! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Not even a please or thank you for the use.

Cheers

Ian

Wow Ian,

What great pictures!

I presume the link to the pdf file is no more.

It is a bloody cheek though!

Hi Amanda,

Thanks for your kind comments about the pictures; I should point out that Tony Ramsden kindly helped me with half of them. The whole project has taken us more than 6 months to bring to completion, which is why I am so annoyed that the item has been copied, against E-Bay rules, and used for their own gain.

The PDF file is still available to Shadow Music members via the link in the thread "Hank Marvin and The Shadows Fender Custom Shop Guitars" posted by Tony (Tone20002). The link points to a page on my business website which carries the PDF. I have now changed the name of the PDF, but members can still download it or order a print.

Since posting to this thread, the seller of this item (who obviously doesn't know if he lives in Cheshire or Flintshire) has responded back to me saying that he thought I would be pleased that he had copied our work. :o :o

It takes all kinds, I suppose !

Hi Ian,

At the point I sent the reply I hadn't seen the guitars message or the guitar pictures,
the ones I mean't were the mountain pictures.

Hi Amanda,

Thanks for your kind comments about my 'mountain' photographs. It has been a labour of love for nearly 40 years - and don't my knees feel it :o :o

On the issue of this guitar, I have asked the seller to remove my PDF from the description, but he has refused. The link in my website has been withdrawn as has the free distribution of the PDF.

Full details are in the main thread.

The seller's actions might say something about his integrity ... would you give this man £25,000 ???????
