Paul
The SHADS NEVER EVER EVER did it. It was The Cougars. Maybe the confusion arises because Ian McC has it on his "Shadows Workout" series.
Apparently I'm playing it on Dec 4th with Mike and Jean. ;) Are you on Bass?
Thanks for the comment on The Flood. I'll play it on Dec 4th at Congleton in return for one of June's coconut cakies- no problem  . By then, I might even have got the overdubs in  .
cheers

Hi Ian,

As I said on the Perth site a few days ago, I love the big sound you manage to obtain with that piece. I like the way that you give the rhythm its full effect. I think someone suggested that the drums might be a little loud. I did not think that the drums were too loud at all. I think that this is an excellent feature of this piece; the way it drives along. If it did not have that, I don't think it would be as interesting to listen to as I find it, personally speaking. I guess it all comes to personal taste. For mine, you have done well with your great rendition. Well played and put together. I loved it. :D :D :D

Cheers,
Len
