Atlantis on the Mexican Strat

This version I think is better than the one I posted a few weeks ago and Atlantis always sounds better on the Mexican Strat (with the Roland MicroCube).

There are still lots of problems to overcome with this and all tunes I'm learning and trying to improve tremolo technique is still one of the major things I'm struggling with. Thet teflon tape will be applied soon I think and hopefully this will help too. :)
All the best

Progress Rosemary.
Did I detect a hint of a smile at the end there ?
Nice purple top.

Nice Rosemary(not the purple top that the old charmer says)the playing :D
I see you've been practicing the moving of the pickup selector switch 8-)
You should try a little bit of decoration as in sliding up and down to notes rather than just playing them.
Makes it sound more smooth.
Hugh.

Great stuff Rosemary. When I think of what I could or couldn't play at your stage in my learning curve, Atlantis wasn't one of them!
Well done.

Hi Ecca, Hugh and Mike
Thanks for having a listen :)

Ecca: Glad you like the shirt colour but what about the guitar colour? :) I really like the green guitar but the colour doesn't show up quite realistically in the video. It's a bit darker. Actually it has a few little scratches in the paint as it was 2nd hand but they're hardly noticable. I feel a bit silly smiling into a camera but will try harder next time. :)

Hugh: Thanks for the tip about sliding.

Mikey: Thanks for the feedback. I've been practising a lot but still have a way to go before it's completely smooth. Sometimes the progress goes backwards when I have to re-learn things too but that's fine.

Best wishes
Rosemary

When you smile into the camera Rosemary imagine someone's behind it. ( Me )
There's some right grumpy looking buggers put videos up here.
You're too nice looking for that.
