Yeah, I've always been intrigued by the Stanley Jordan style of playing but I dont think I could ever do it to any acceptable level. I'm struggling with harp style harmonics at the moment without trying that kinda playing :?
It's an interesting version he does especially on a narrow Strat neck.

I dont know, I dont hear any background hum off the amp due to high gain, I've been checking this stuff out on YT and it seems that these guys just build up so much strenth on their fingers that they get the volume that way.
I had a go at it and..........Hmmmm :roll: Now where did I put them backing tracks :lol:
