SILENT NIGHT. Merry Christmas to all.

I've not been around these boards much for a while for all sorts of reasons (crashed hard drives, family commitments, even MORE computer problems!) and I'm hoping that 2013 will allow me some more time for Music.
I played this wonderful tune “Live” at Warwick a few days ago and it won me a bottle of Bubbly, which can't be bad, but for me it represents the true spirit of the celebration of Christmas. No pun intended!
Very simple tune - here is my version of the Classic “Silent Night”
Merry Christmas and wishing you a happy, healthy, prosperous and MUSICAL New Year
cheers
Ian and Val

That was lovely Ian - Beautiful tone, sensitive playing and I liked the Backing Track which uses those alternative chords which make a big difference to the standard.

Have a great Christmas and happy new year to you and your family.

All the best... Phil

Ian

just listened to your version of "Silent Night"
A lovely arrangement of a great classic Carol.
Hope to see you at Congleton Guitar Club next year. (I still have'nt played your version of "Italian Bit" in public!)

Best wishes

Tony
