Thanks very much Fred and Tony for your nice comments.
I was very pleased how Andrews BT turned out - It's one that he liked the tune of so researched
the original to get the strings close.
Kudos to Cliff Hall for playing all that live on the Keyboards at Shadowmania.

All the best... Phil

Hi Phil, and many thanks for posting this beautiful number mate. I am so glad that you got around to it, and you will no doubt recall that it's one of my very favourite compositions! You've done a superb job as usual my friend.

Very best wishes' from, Rich' and Ma-Lou.

Loved it Phil. It certainly brought back memories for me, there was a three piece I used to watch playing it around 65/66. The guy played a Framus semi through an AC 30(which I later purchased off him) with tremolo effect on, he did a really good job of it concidering there was no other backing apart from a bass player and drummer, he was an exellent rythmn/lead player and managed to fill out the sound really well. I've never played it myself, I might have a go at it sometime.
Sounds lovely played with your Strat 8-)
Hugh.

Hi Richard - I remember you saying this was a favourite of yours and after seeing Bruce's Shadows play it at SM gave Andrew and I something to work on. Very glad you liked it and thanks for the nice comments.

Hi Hugh - It's great when you can associate a song with a band right back to 1965 - It must have impressed you at the time.
I don't think backing tracks were invented in those days - everything was live. Thanks very much for your nice comments on this one.

All the best... Phil
