Dave I have been following the eTap2hw section with interest, but have to say that such a project is beyond me. However I wouldn't mind trying one. It has created a huge amount of interest and there are some good looking results in the forum.

If you fancied one, Ecca is building them for those who cannot.

Hi Neil

My apologies for the late reply.

Thank you for listening and your comment. I'm very pleased you like it and nice to read early in the morning, as it sets me up for the day. I'm not HBM and my simple setup fits in a corner of the spare bedroom, but it encourages me to receive comments as yours and everyone has been most complimentary.

I don't often listen to sound files - but this is exceptional...

Your playing captures the style nicely... That's deceptively difficult.

Your guitar sound is as good as it gets in my view... You just need bucket loads of extra echo + reverb for this tune...

Excellent...

I have an eTap which you can try if a trip in this direction is possible...

Hello David

Thank you for your such an encouraging comment. I keep referring to it!! Actually I can't do a lot about the echo as I'm using EFTP, however I can increase the reverb but felt it a little overpowering on a previous version, though I'll try it again.

Dave Robinson has also recommended the eTap2hw. It seems to be a fantastic piece of equipment and I have been in touch with Ecca regarding a build. However at the moment I have had to put back this improvement for the time being due to a serious ageing parent problem.

Thank you once again for the advice and the offer of a tryout of the eTap2hw.

Regards
Ian
