I was very impressed by your vintage sound especially on "Big Boy". I would love to have a similar sound.

Blessings,

Thanks Abel, there are no special pickups on the guitar, they are Seymour Duncan Alnico Pro IIs that I popped on when I pinched the Sliders to try on another guitar. I had originally discarded them as many on this site said that they weren't THAT SOUND. I was playing through the AC30/4 normal channel and the ESE Echomatic. I have discovered lately that any combination of my Vox amplifiers/ Strats'/Echo boxes will deliver - I think it's down to how one plays.

Many thanks, a wonderful sound which reminds of a group in the Barnet area back then called Mike Stevens and the Saphires.
