One Moment in Time. (Whitney Houston / Shads cover)

Postby Phil McGarrick » 18 Sep 2014, 21:14

Originally sung by Whitney Houston in 1988 , The Shadows made an instrumental version in 1989 for their "Steppin' to The Shadows" album - This is my cover of their version.
Played on my Fender Custom 56NOS Stratocaster fitted with Kinman Impersonator 54 V3 pickups on bridge position (which I am very impressed with.)
Recorded using Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with Charlie Hall's echoes from the past (EFTP) patch 0-33. (No Amp used) into Cubase on the computer via sound card.
Video made with 3x Sony SR12 camcorders and edited with the Cubase sound in Sony Vegas Pro 9.
The Backing track came from Shadows workout 12 available here

The Tabs are available here http://www.tabman.co.uk/complete-tab-list.htm

Hope you like "One Moment in Time"
Cheers Phil
