Drums sound fine to me! Think the audio and video are slightly out of sync.

Thanks a lot for taking time to answer: very much appreciated.
The answer to your questions about the drums, is as follows: the video and the sound track are two different takes(!) as the first audio was good (this is what you hear) and the first video was all wrong!! So the video is out of sync as we never really manage to play exactly in the same tempo every time (as you know!!) This also accounts for seeing our drummer playing his ride when you hear the hi-hat!
The gear used for the recordings is a multi-track zoom 24, mixed into Audacity, nothing else. The '' studio'' is as you see my own living-room (after removing a great part of the furniture with the help of my understanding wife!)
