SILENT NIGHT

Postby geronimo7476 » 23 Dec 2009, 07:22

Dear Friends, I know I posted this last year and maybe even the year before, but it is such a beautiful tune, probably the best and most well known Christmas tune, and I wanted to share it with those who haven't heard my version.
I sincerely wish everyone a peaceful Christmas and Happy New Year!!
See you Next Year!!
All the Best, Charles Campbell

Hi Charles - I for one didn't hear it last year so glad you posted it.
I must say it's a very dramatic recording which builds and builds - I can imagine it as the sound for a Christmas documentary on the Tele.
Great playing and perfectly fitting backing.

Cheers Phil

Hi Charles
An awesome Production is this!
Those low tones - bottom D etc - in the backing really give a bloke the goosebumps.
Very Scottish feel to this arrangment - I can just hear it sequeing into Auld Lang Syne.
Love the way it build in layers.
Merry Christmas
Ian
