NO RETREAT_by Spike

Postby Spike » 26 Apr 2016, 06:59

Hi Guys

This is one I recorded recently. Harmonies by Gary Taylor!

It is a great tune put out by Past Masters and Dave Robbo a few years back.

I bought the backing track off Dave and it had another backing with it...forgot its name.

Dave if youre following sound files these days I hope you like my version here!
I think it sounds much better than my original version 9 odd years ago :)

The tune can be found at http://www.tvsspecialtyproducts.com/
Click on the juke box link and scroll down to the middle.

Cheers

Thanks Spike, that's a good take on No Retreat and it's always flattering to have people play your music, I love it and what a great sound, I like the harmonies too ! :)

Thanks Dave

We all thought you'd like it.
What was the other track you sent me with that. Was it Bilitis, Buganvilla or something similar??

Cheers

It would have been Buganvilla Spike, it's another of my own compositions. I recently re-recorded the lead part with harmonies to bring it to how I intended it to sound. I'd be delighted for you to have a go at it too. :)
If you drop me an email I'll send you recording to give you the idea, though it is on here somewhere, I posted it sometime last year.
I no longer have your email as I had a major crash on my computer and lost everything that was on there.

Hi Gary

I have emailed Muse Themes to find out why it doesnt play on some androids but after two emails, they havent responded so I wont be renewing with them next time.
It plays on iphones, etc...but not on some Androids.

Cheers
Spike

Thanks Dave!!
