Hi Jimbo - Boy do I like this tune!! It sounds equally as good on modern Kinmans as well those Bareknuckle pickups of yours - which incidentally sound wonderfully '60's.
Great playing too - smooth expression and spot on timing.
LOved it, Jim!
cheers

Nice one O F 8-) Thanks for the recording info too, I'll need to try that, I find I always have a problem getting the right balance and have trouble hearing what I'm playing on the guitar when I've got the amp and b/t balanced for recording.
Is that a 335 you've got in the background? If so, it'd be great if you recorded something with that for us ;)
I once had a Gibson 325 which is pretty similar, it was a great guitar but had a buzz somewhere on the body and I never ever got rid of it no matter what I tried. I eventually sold it on as it was driving me crazy and could'nt get a clean sound out of it. Always sounded as if I'd a distortion setting on the amp.

A very nice recording Jim - the '62 reissue sounds great, but after comments like that I'm always reminded of the situation when someone said to Chet Atkins "Your guitar sounds fantastic" and he looked back at the guitar which was on a stand behind him and replied "It doesn't sound so good now, does it?"

Excellent playing on this soundfile.

Hi Jim.
Nice one Jim, Great tune, playing and sound. The rosewood board reissues, are, in my opinion, one of the best Strats around.
Regards Geoff.
