Tribute to Jet Harris

Hi Folks

The Surrey Shadows Club meeting for March took place on Friday 18th - the same day we lost Jet to cancer. The band made the decision on the night to play only numbers that Jet Harris was involved in while he was with The Shadows. We recorded the various tunes we played and put together a tribute DVD for specific people. Here are the tracks on the DVD - each one posted on YouTube. The first is Apache. Yes - Himself (Bob Dore) there expertly playing that tambourine and Derek, who gave us a really nice speech on Jet. I didn't get the speech on video unfortunately, but we captured as many of the "Jet" tunes as we could. I'll continue uploading 'em shortly.
