reluctant sale of my burns guitar

I have for sale my very rare 1965 Burns Baldwin Marvin guitar with RARE grey scratch plates.
it has had the body and neck professionally restored a few years ago by a burns expert, and had new machine heads fitted.
it has also been signed by jet harris, brian locking, hank marvin, bruce welch and cliff richard.
jet signed it at ferneham hall, brian at shadowmania, and cliff and the shads at hmv after the final tour.
it is one of my prized possessions but a pending house purchase forces the sale.
£3000 no offers, what an investment and it plays great too.
