Burns "Legend" / greenburst

Nice guitar - LEGEND / greenburst ( from 1991 / 92 ) - great guitar and sound !

This one has a slightly larger body than my second LEGEND in white. The white one was purchased according the preowner in 1992 / 93. It is instrument number 0075 !
The neck of this greenburst is a little bit fatter too in comparison to the white one. I was told that Hank`s Marvins had a slightly larger body. Is this correct ?

Yes, I think you are correct.... If this is the one that was on ebay recently you beat me to it...!! I too have a white Legend/Marvin that also has a larger body, as per Hanks first guitar. This is correct.... Barry must have made a few this way before standardising the slightly smaller body shape, that Bruce's guitar aways had.
The book "Pearls and Crazy Diamonds" tells you all you need to know... get a copy if you can.

Enjoy the guitar... those UK built Legend's are fantastic, and better than the originals...

Yes, ist`s the guitar from ebay. Great tone and craftsmanship. I like this guitar. I have a second LEGEND in white, and a
Hank Marvin 2004 ( chinese ) .... but the UK`s made guitarsound is far better. The white Legend I own has the normal
standard bodysize. Sounds amazing ! The Burnssound is great. I was told it depends on the wood and the PUs used
in the LEGEND guitars. My white LEGEND is from 1992 it has Nr. 0057 a very early built guitar. Bought it from a musician
in Germany who has an orig. 1964 Marvin. He told me that the LEGEND sounds as good as his original and is built
better. I have no crack at the neckpocket.
