What is the different between the Burns Marvin 40th Anniversary 2004 and the latest one from 2012 ?

The 2004 anniversary was a limited edition of 2004 pieces. It came with a signed certificate from Hank. Some had the original pocket neck body, but this was changed and most had the normal neck fitment, this was due to paint surface cracks. The 2004 white models had bound neck, whereas the green ones just had the plain unbound neck. As there was still a demand for the Marvins after all the Anniversary had been sold, Burns re-badged them as 1964 models. They dont have the sgned certificate and all have the unbound neck! As I understand it the electronics and hardware are the same on all models.
