Looks to be a nice book to have.
But . . . .
If Per wants to get the word out he needs to do more than use Facebook. Many people (myself included) prefer not to be involved with Facebook. The link demands that the person logs in.

I believe he is using other means to advertise the book - I believe there is a link on the Burns website now.

Bill,

You're being a little modest - it seems you are quite involved with the book.

This is from Per's Burns Guitar Museum site
http://www.burnsguitarmuseum.com/jim-burns-story/

PRE-ORDER THE BOOK
Price will be only 19,99 GBP + shipping
Kickstart - Printing by Demand
This time we are only printing by demand. If you are interested in preorder the book
please pay 19.99 GBP by PayPal to per(at)addit.se
or call Bill or Per for an account number if you prefer a bank-transfer.
We also need your e-mail and post-address.
The distibution inside England will be made from London, which means that the postage will be cheaper. The postage will be debited, when delivering the book.
When we reach 500 preorders we will start printing. If not, we will refund the whole amount.

Do you know if Per interviewed Norman Houlder?

Back in 2006 I recorded an interview with Norman at his home in Dagenham.
This was for a project of my own and I still have the audio recording.

Norman had been working on some guitar necks. You can see them on the table.

Well I hope it will take off....it would be a shame if it didn't reach at least 500 samples....
Come to think of it, moons ago Paul Day wrote on this site he can't get publishers interested in a upgraded Burns book.
I hope the part about the Marvin S aka mk2 story is cleared and written down as it really happend and not copied from the older publishing that told us just two green and just one white was made....while there is unmistakably evidence on photo and film the Shads use two whites at the same time in the same frame... ;)

Looking forwards to get my hands on the book.

Cheers Rob
