Hey! After all those Mummy Bisons, you have to include a Big Daddy Bison!

Beautiful guitar & Bass!
I’m not associating basses with “Daddy”.
More like a big brother who’s somehow a lil more dumb but still loveable :D

It's like the story of The Three Bears, since Jim Burns also produced a 'Baby Bison'.
What would be the equivalent of Goldilocks?

One of the players at our local Shadows club has a white Bison bass, and even my wife says it looks amazing (she usually takes little interest in guitars).

My white Bison bass is fitted with flatwound strings (45/60/80/105) and works well for 'Early Shadows'.

My friend Dave Long came to my studio last year to record his own versions of Midnight and Apache (playing the lead and bass parts). He chose the Burns for the bass.

Was never a fan of the "Batwing" headstock. Had my local luthier modify to "Scroll" headstock.

Awesome!
I like both shown here!
Yours would benefit from a white trussrod cover even more i‘d guess :)

Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to obtain a replacement for the 3-piece pickguard for my uk Bison in black?
Does anyone still make these and could someone provide me contact info?
Thank you very much in advance!
