Apparently this is from 1978-79. I confess that I don't remember it!

That post should definitely earn you a scouts observers badge (if there is such a thing) :D - a very impressive bit of Burns spotting!

As mentioned, possibly left over from Thunderbirds, or perhaps one of these (2nd from left, obviously!):

Someone posted it on the Fanderson facebook page, pointing out that several of the people involved had worked for Gerry Anderson in the 1960s. I suspect that, yes, the mini-Marvin was probably left over from the Thunderbirds film... or maybe just built anew using the plans. I had absolutely no idea it was going to be in there until, out of boredom and curiosity, I watched the video! I wonder if the guitar lasted much beyond this? I'll hazard a guess that it probably belonged to Zena Relph or Christine Glanville.

Deke Dickerson (of Los Angeles) has a working half-size "Burns" Marvin. I saw it on display at one of his "Guitar Geeks' Festivals" seven or eight years ago.

French title sequence and song. You see a bit more of the 'mini-Marvin' in this...
