Burns guitar parts...

Postby dasherf17 » Mon Dec 07, 2020 3:18 pm

Hi, All! I just joined a minute ago as I have just acquired a Burns Deja Vu from my cousin, a musically-based entrepreneur of sorts...
This year, in a world full of COVID, having been put on furlough, I've taken to guitar kit building (3), refinishing an old friend (a beat up old Firebird and Epiphone Les Paul Studio-ish thing, both sunburst, now) and now, I'm given the Deja Vu AND a neck and body of another Burns, saying he has 2 more for me when this one is done.
Excellent!...but trying to find parts for these has been near impossible.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to find Burns parts, either new, used or (maybe) aftermarket?
All help is appreciated!

Until Burns London is re-launched (hopefully some time in the new year) I would make Bjarne Spens of Spens Guitars (https://www.spensguitarsdenmark.dk/) my first port of call. He's probably the largest Burns dealer out there and has a good stock of spare parts - including those unique to Burns, like the Rezotube systems.

Thanks for your suggestions, guys. Appreciate your help. I’d be really grateful if you helped me find some guitar accessories. My son’s gone crazy on them. TIA

Deja Vu is one of the most popular Burns guitar models. She is known for her unique design and amazing sound quality. The other Burns guitar that I own, the Bison, is also a great guitar with unique features and sound. I got it last year and found it on a site while searching for the personalized guitar picks, and there I saw it and decided to buy it because the price was lovely. Now this one is my favorite guitar, but both of these guitars are great for any musician, whether you're a beginner or a pro.
