Ex Shadows Burns

I note that the ex Shadows Burns are no longer listed on the Reverb web site and it seems they never came up with the promised pictues! Contacted Reverbs "need help" chat, but their virtual assistant couldn't answer my question - "what became of the ex Shadows Burns?"

They re-appeared a couple of days ago on the Facebook group "2nd hand Burns guitars and amps for sale-wanted" https://www.facebook.com/groups/1418203008438526

The seller states they were purchased directly from Bruce Welch; Barry Gibson (Hanks guitar); and Per Gjörde (Johns bass) serial numbers: Hanks 4340, Bruce 4345, Johns 4092

No - can't help but wonder why. Barry Gibson was at last Thursdays Surrey Shadows night - if had thought of it, I could have asked him if he knew anything about the sale. A missed opportunity
