Vista Sonic/Split Sonic spares

Hi All-

anyone know where I can get a few bits and bobs made for a Vista Sonic?

Picked up a rebuilt Split Sonic off Ebay for a great price. Body and neck in great condition, but with a plain black scratchplate and Reissue Tri Sonics.

What I need is:

1 Properly Engraved scratchplate with the burns logo/Vol/Tone and selector engraving
1 See through plastic 'Vista Sonic' logo for the headstock
1 Trem Arm
1 Screw on (not push on) bridge cover

and at some point, I'll probably try to locate an original set of pickups...not a priority at the moment though, because it sounds great!

I've got Eddie Crosses phone number, but I found someone on another website saying he's not doing this stuff any more. Is that so?
