Just for information, Strings Direct have back in stock sets of Hank Marvin inspired string sets with the 3rd wound string, 11, 14, 20, 28, 38, 50. Just purchased 2 sets.

Yes with good brand names should suit a lot of people who want that gauge size.

Those look a little on the light side for me. I favour Ernie Ball Beefy Slinky ( .011, .015, .022p, .030, .042, .054) but I swap the plain 3rd for a .024 wound.

They also advertise a "Stuart Griffin" 5-string (!) guitar set.

I've never seen anyone in "Family Guy" play the guitar.
