Thanks for posting that David, there seems to be less options than the Custom Classic and they ( IMHO) have missed an important trick, It would have been great to have switchable channels. Oh well I'll not be changing my Custom Classic ( not that I had been thinking of doing so anyway) and I'll stick with the Boss A/B switch for channel changing.
Typical .......just as I have invested in an AC30 cc2x ............hope you are right that the new ones are no more versatile or I'll be kicking myself ! Still, I love the cc2x.
These amps feature just tremolo, whereas the 1960s AC30s had the choice of tremolo or a gentle vibrato. Did The Shadows ever use that vibrato effect on any of their recordings? I can think of one 1980s track (Bermuda Triangle) that uses electronic vibrato but did they ever use the original Vox vibrato in the 1960s?
