Yes it looks like the same VOX 12 string model that is pictured in Vic Flicks book
Guitar Man . Maybe Vic was recording at Abbey Road at the time and Cliff was having
a wee try out?
Think Vic mentions somewhere in book that it was a rather difficult instrument to play,
I would guess so with the cheese cutters fitted!!!

Appartrtrently, Hank was approached about endorsing the Vox 12-string, but by that time the Shadows were negotiating with Burns, so it is possible that a Vox had been sent to the studio for them to examine.
