Well, I jumped on the bandwagon and my Katana 50 arrived yesterday. First impressions are good, the acoustic setting is ok, not as good as my Marshal AS50, but better than other non acoustic guitar amps. Only played through the clean channel a little and spent some time downloading the software for the Boss Tone Control and updating the amp firmware. I’m not very ‘techie’, so I’m sure I’m going to struggle with the BTC, but I’ll give it a try.

I've bitten the bullet too... I've been using a Blackstar id: series amp for some time so I'm converted to the value of modelling amps. Just recently, I've acquired the Katana 100w 1x12 combo, and I'm amazed by it... I'll post my Vox sims in due course. Thanks to all for the info above... invaluable!
