It was available from Fender, for a limited period (like all limited edition and all variations on all their guitars).
Good luck trying to find one of those "Jaguars" with the stop tailpiece and two P90s, too.

This is a Fender HM Strat, a model produced in the late eigthies and early nineties, first in Japan and then a few ones in the USA. "HM" stands for Heavy Metal, not for Hank Marvin !
