hellow again
have been working away all this week so hence the late replies...but again thanks to all who replied and all very informative so all I have to do is make up my mind which one to go for is it the revelation rss or the trans blue sx strat...hopefull I will have made up my mind by this weekend....I hate decisions

Ooops I bought a Revelation guitar again yesterday...
It's a RTE Custom in 3 tone SB.
Great sounding and playing guitar...build quality is like a guitar 6 times more....
It overclass the Squier CV and MIJ version in a big way!

Alan Entwhistle knows a thing about designing Jazzmaster-style guitars in Fiesta Red, Here's my Alden Jazzcaster.

Only two pickups, unlike the Martin Cilla model, but the three slide switches give a very wide range of tones.
Being me, I had to find out what Alan Entwhistle had done so off came the plate, and I traced the wiring. He had used two capacitors (Cap 1 and Cap2) and a coil. There are eight possible sounds for each of the three pickup settings!
