There was also talk of the Gemini pedal being produced again but nothing seems to have come of that. Does anyone know if it will be produced again?

You could try:

It depends on whether the chosen graphic has the correct values of sliders to add or subtract the necessary frequencies or not. The Gemini certainly does. The key is knowing what those frequencies are and I for one am not certain.
I use a series of parametric stomp boxes on my Zoom G5 and sweep the frequencies as I play until I hear what I'm looking for.

In case it's of interest, this recording was made using the Mk I ARiAB (passive) prototype. Recording made in the autumn of 2005 at Roberto's "Nivram Room" home studio.

Guitar: Pistolesi Spacecaster (1962 style with rosewood slab fretboard), fitted with 12-52 strings (wound third).

FX1: Meazzi tape echo (c. 1962).

FX2: ARiAB Mk I prototype (switched in throughout).

Amplifier: Replica of 1958 Fender Tremolux (built into a Gibson tweed cabinet).

I hope it helps give a faithful impression of the sound of the ARiAB.

NB: The melody played differs slightly from The Shadows' version, more closely following the Dmitri Tiomkin orchestral / choral version as heard on the film soundtrack.

Very impressed with That Sound on Theme From Giant as above
Must dig out my early model A.RI.A.B (Grillo) and revisit this number not
tackled for some time.
Would expect the other numbers on that EP to also give similar results ?

Hi, Mike - it's been too long!

I think Shotgun (which I have never played) requires very much the same sound as ...Giant. Similarly, ...Shane (played on the neck pickup in the first chorus and switched to the bridge pickup for the "drama" of the second chorus). Even Mustang, I suppose, though that sounds less forcefully played on the record (less pick attack).

Good luck!
