Unfortunately it doesn't include the Blue Nebula or TVS3, but is does include the H&C unit. To my ears, there's precious little difference between most of them, so I I'd be inclined to go for the option you consider gives best "bang for your buck".
I should add, although Steve doesn't mention it in the video, he clarifies in the comments section that the units are demoed in the same order as he introduces them, so Zoom G3 first, H&C second etc. Personally, I've opted for a Zoom G3X from Ebay, as it was a) cheap ; b) has potential to to do a lot more than just echoes; and c) is very simple to setup and use. Bear in mind though, you will likely need to add the cost of echoes from Ross Hall at £80.
I dare say that the TVS3 gives a more authentic sound, but for me, the Zoom is close enough to keep me happy and I really can't justify the expense of the TVS3. If I was in Daves position though, with his playing ability, I think I'd find the funds from somewhere!! I suppose you have to ask yourself if you'll be content knowing there's a potentially better unit out there - you could find yourself constantly upgrading, which would likely cost more in the long run than just buying a TVS3
