Blimey Keith, you had to sell your Bungalow to buy the amplifier? :o :o

Hi all.
Thanks for that Dave. Is it doing the same job as Roger A's vintage unit?
Regards Geoff.

I think that theTop Boost on this amp will be same as the original modification that was done on Hank and Bruce's Vox amps, before Vox actually incorperated the tone controls on the top panel. It isn't the EF86 chanel that was on the early Vox amps that Roger Alcock's unit replicates. I don't know whether or not there is an EF86 in this model - I suspect not, as I can't remember seeing a 'bright' switch.
I was thinking of coming down n Tuesday Keith if you are going to bring it for perusal . . . . . . . ?
:)

A very nice amp, maybe that I will order one next week ( number 9 or 10 ). I`m not shure about the colour - black or tan !
What brand of speakers are built in ? Celestions or Taydens ?

Regards
Hans

Yesterday I ordered amp 10 - hope that this piece will nail "that sound" !

In an Austrian musicstore I saw today a 1965 ( orig. ) MARVIN for € 2 900.- !
I think the price is fair !

Regards
Hans
